A downloadable project

My graphics are all blurry, Not sure what to do... I've tried everything on google it feels like.    Let me know if anyone knows what's happening!!

1. It only happens when i have a large map and mods. (I bet it's bc I have a potato pc...)

2. It does happen when I buy enough of the ingame equipment on a ingame map.

3. My graphics hardware is set to medium.

4.       PLEASE REPOAST!!!!!
