I'm having the same issue. Have you found out anything? I've messed with way more settings than i want and still no improvement.
I finally did! So what I did was turn the hardware profile to Low and play for like 5 ish minuets to get the game to render, then keep it on low, but turn shadows on to make it look better. It sounds like it would look terrible, but it still is way better than 22
Thanks for replying! I just "discovered " this for myself last night. Low settings for a couple of the options and boom, there it is. Also, I set the FPS to 30 max and that helped a lot with allowing other settings to be higher. Thanks again. Farm on!
I never tried setting the fps max at 30 and higher settings, I'll have to try that too!
I do not have this issue and I'm on pc too

TON SEUL moyen c est de descendre ton niveau graphique et oui sa fait chier ou changer ton setup par un par trés gros car c est un jeu plus gourmand que forza mototrsport dernier du nom
j ai eu les cas sur fs 22
since i dont play fs25 i dont know but try checking files like verify instalation
